What does custom software cost?
We don't list prices on the site because every project is genuinely different. Here's what drives the number, what we charge for, and what we don't.

Custom software pricing has a reputation for being opaque — and honestly, that reputation is partly earned. Most agencies don't list prices because the answer to "how much" is "it depends," and "it depends" is impossible to answer until we understand what you actually need.
But "it depends" isn't a useful answer either. So here's an honest sketch of how Inxpired prices.
For most engagements, we offer a fixed-price proposal after a discovery call. Discovery is free; we ask questions until both sides understand the scope. The price reflects: the time we estimate the work will take, the complexity of integrations and edge cases, and a reasonable buffer for the unknown unknowns we always find. If we underestimate, we eat the difference — that's what fixed-price means. If we'd be guessing, we tell you, and we either propose hourly until the scope is clear or stage the work in milestones.
Indicative ranges, for a sense of order of magnitude:
- A focused engagement (one specific tool, one core workflow, modest integrations): typically lands in the low five figures.
- A custom platform with multiple workflows and a real admin surface (like a finance ops dashboard or a domain-specific CMS): typically mid five figures.
- A full system with multiple user types, sensitive data handling, and integrations: high five figures and up.
These aren't quotes. They're rough order-of-magnitude. Real numbers come after a discovery call.
What we don't charge for: the discovery call itself, the proposal, post-launch help fixing bugs that we introduced, code that you own outright at the end of the engagement (no "platform fee" and no per-user pricing — the code is yours).
What we charge for separately: ongoing maintenance after launch (priced per month based on your needs), new features added after launch (priced per feature or as a retainer, depending on volume), infrastructure (your servers, our help configuring them — or a managed cloud setup billed at-cost).
If your budget is tight and you can't see how to make any of this work — tell us anyway. Sometimes there's a smaller version of the project that delivers most of the value at a fraction of the cost. We'll be candid about whether what you can spend buys what you need.
