About
A studio designed for software you can live with
A small consultancy and product studio that designs and builds custom software for businesses that need it tailored, not templated. We work directly, ship in weeks, and stand behind what we deliver.

Purpose
Most growing businesses eventually hit a software wall — off-the-shelf tools don't quite fit, big-name agencies quote a year of work and a board-approval budget, and freelancers ship fast but leave fragile code that vanishes the moment that one developer moves on. Inxpired exists to fill the gap: we deliver in weeks rather than months, at a price growing businesses can absorb, in a way your team can live with five years from now.
We do this by being small on purpose, opinionated about how we build, and unwilling to take on engagements where we don't think we can deliver something we'd be proud of. The same person who answers your first email writes your code.

Process
Engagements start with a discovery call — no deck, no formal agenda, just questions until we understand what you're trying to do, who'll be using the software day-to-day, and where the actual pain is. Discovery is free: we'd rather both sides walk away early than commit to work that won't help.
If we're a fit, we follow up with a written proposal — what we'll build, what it'll cost, what's in and out of scope — so you know the number before any code is written. Once we start, we ship in weekly increments: you see real progress every Friday, not a final reveal at the end of a three-month silence.

Practice
Most Inxpired projects run on Hexago, an in-house framework we've spent years tuning. It handles the parts of every project that are the same — login systems, data storage, image uploads, deployments, error handling — so we can spend our time on what's actually unique about your business. We use AI tools to move faster on the parts where speed matters, but experienced humans handle the decisions that turn into expensive corrections two years later.
When we hand off, you own the code. No platform fee, no per-user pricing, no vendor lock-in. You can keep us on for ongoing work, hand the project to your in-house team, or take it to a different agency — that choice should always be yours.

People
Our typical client is a growing business in the 5–50 person range with a real operational pain — a process that's outgrown spreadsheets, an off-the-shelf tool that's getting in the way, a customer-facing system that needs to actually work. We've shipped for art galleries, construction firms, jewelry brands, and a number of others; the common thread isn't industry, it's that the team needs software designed for them, not adapted from a template.
We're equally comfortable with non-technical founders who need someone to translate ideas into specifications, and with technical teams who already know what they want and need execution help. We adjust how much we explain along the way to match your team's comfort level.
